Our store return rules allow return requests within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. The configured window is extended for weekends or public holidays. Return shipping is free and no restocking fee is charged.

To request a return, contact TILANDOR with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending an item back.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation before your item has been fulfilled. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Problems with an order

If your item arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
